State President Picture

Hello Wisconsin FBLA!

I hope you’re all enjoying the last few months of 2014 and getting ready to ring in 2015 with the holidays and Winter Break coming up!

During November, over 600 WI FBLA members attended the National Fall Leadership Conference, or NFLC, in Minneapolis, MN. We were awarded with the largest attendance of any state! Members also had a great time attending workshops on topics like the March of Dimes and How To Become an Entrepreneur, and going on tours to places such as KPMG and the Federal Reserve. Overall, the networking done and skills learned made the conference a total success.

With the new year right around the corner, you should start to take a look at competitive events available to compete in at the Regional Leadership Conferences on February 7th, 2015. Advisers must have their membership’s events submitted to the state office no later than December 12th. Members can find study materials either on the state website or through their adviser as well!

Good luck on exams, and I hope to see you all soon in 2015!

Sincerely,

Cheyenne Mackai

2014-15 Wisconsin FBLA State President
